          浩瀚色譜(山東)應用技術開發有限公司試驗采用外標法定量,建立了氣相色譜-質譜法測定食品接觸用涂料及涂層中1,4-丁二醇含量的試驗方法。實驗結果表明,該方法在0.02~0.8mg/L范圍內線性關系良好(r~20.9999),檢出限為0.005mg/L。此外,按照試驗建立的方法進行3個不同添加量的加標回收試驗,回收率在91.7%~101.4%之間,相對標準偏差(RSD)在0.64%~3.66%之間(n=7)。由此可見,該方法前處理簡單,定性準確,靈敏度高,可用于測定食品接觸用涂料及涂層中1,4-丁二醇的含量。

          Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. established a test method for the determination of 1,4-butanediol content in food contact coatings and coatings by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry using external standard method for quantification. The experimental results show that the linear relationship of this method is good in the range of 0.02~0.8mg/L (r~20.9999), and the detection limit is 0.005mg/L. In addition, according to the method established in the test, three standard addition recoveries were conducted with different addition amounts. The recoveries ranged from 91.7% to 101.4%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) ranged from 0.64% to 3.66% (n=7). It can be seen that the method is simple in pretreatment, accurate in characterization and high in sensitivity, and can be used to determine the content of 1,4-butanediol in food contact coatings and coatings.
